Shipping Rates

Small Wallets ships free in the UK and worldwide for a small fee. We mainly use the carrier Royal Mail, but this may vary. Most orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same day. We do offer paid shipping which will mostly guarantee dispatch same day.

If you purchase more than one item, shipping charge may be reduced. Any additional postage paid is no-refundable.

I haven’t received the tracking number for my order

Our standard shipping (free option) does not include tracking. Tracking is only included with our paid shipping options. If you think you haven’t received it, please email us

What locations do you ship to ?

All products are available to ship worldwide. For international orders please make sure you enter the billing address registered to the credit card used.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you select 'Next Working Day' Delivery and the item does not arrive next day. Please note this excludes some Thursdays, all Saturday and Sunday.

Can I collect my order in store

Yes, please write you would like to collect in order notes when purchasing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return an item

You have 30 days to return the wallet, it must be in the original condition it left us (no scratches to the leather and with the box). Buyer is responsible for return postage and sending back item, unless faulty. For faulty items please contact us.

How can I exchange an item

You have 30 days to exchange the wallet, it must be in the original condition it left us (no scratches to the leather and with the box). Buyer is responsible for return postage and sending back item.

Please go to the Returns Centre to submit exchange. Once we received wallet the exchange will be issued.

 

 

I have received a faulty item in my order?

All orders are inspected before leaving us. In the unlikely circumstances that your order is damaged, please contact us with your order number and name. We will ether replace the wallet or provide a full refund including any postage cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

When can I expect my refund?

When you have sent the wallet back to us. It can take 24 hours to process the refund. Please allow a few days for this to show on your bank statement.

How can I register my Secrid Wallet

If the serial number does not work then check you have entered the correct numbers and letters. The reason you may not be able to fill in one, is because you have entered one previously wrong.

What is the difference between a Mini and Slim wallets

Both wallets are completely the same design. The only different between the two is, the Miniwallets has a popper and the Slimwallets does not.

Are the Secrid Wallets all leather

All Secrid wallets are made from premium cowhide leather. Excluding the Secrid Soft touch wallet which is non leather.

What is RFID Protection 

RFID protection is what protects your cards from being scanned and used fraudulently. All cards in the Secrid Cardprotector care RFID blocking.

How can I search to find products on the website?

To find a specific product please use the search icon top right or product filter on collections. If you still have no luck, then please reach-out to us.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

Please email us with the amount you would like to purchase, we will then issue a discount code for the value given. The voucher can be used in our retail store or online.
