We value our customer service highly and want to make sure each person is 100% happy with their purchase. Thats why we offer a hassle free returns process if you have changed your mind or would like to exchange.
If you have received a faulty wallet please submit a request and we will contact you further.
How do I return an item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the item/s you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and item
How do I return a faulty item?
- Complete the returns process, simply by selecting the best fitting option
- In the notes section please specify what is wrong with your item and if you would like a refund or replacement
- You will then be contacted for further details including photos of faulty item
- We aim to sort all issues within 3 days
How soon will I get my refund?
- You will received an email confirming we have received the item. Once item is inspected you will be notified of approvable or rejection for refund
- If you are approved, then the refund will be processed same day, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days
What items are returnable?
You can return your item/s within 60 days (extended returns) of receipt of your shipment.
- Item must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Leather and metal must have NO marks
- Sale items can only be exchanged
